All orders ship within 2-4 business days.
RETURNS
We will accept returns within the first 15 days from the receipt of the original order. Items cannot be refunded after 15 days from the receipt of the original order. If you would like to return an item, please contact us at sales@bravobells.net with your order number and details about the product that you would like to return.
When returning an item, you may want to use a traceable shipping method so you can track its status. Once your item has been received and a refund is issued it can take up to 5-7 business days for your refund to reflect on your bank statement. It may take additional time for your financial institution to make funds available in your account. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
